About the event

PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION CAREFULLY

We are excited to invite you to join us as a vendor and present your outstanding business to numerous engaged couples, families, and wedding planners. This marks our second expo, and we've implemented exciting enhancements based on feedback from our 2024 event to improve the experience for both vendors and attendees.


As we finalize the arrangements, the vendor fee is still to be determined. It will be influenced by the cost of including the meet-and-greet talent. (Estimated $100-$200 per table). You can also collaborate with another vendor to share a table! Our partnership with the Chamber of Commerce promises to be a significant enhancement in terms of advertising and support!


Vendor spaces are 10'X10', with electricity and wifi available, and linens can be provided for an additional $5 fee. Brides will RSVP in advance, and all guests can register at the door for door prizes. While it's not obligatory, we would appreciate each vendor contributing something for the door prize table. An attendee database will be provided to all vendors at the event's conclusion.


As you know, the entire vendor fee supports the event. None of the organizers receive any funds from this expo. We aim to make this a cost-effective event to showcase your distinctive business.


Once the vendor fee is determined, if you decide you can no longer participate, you will have the option to withdraw, as we anticipate a long waitlist. Your vendor fee must be paid by January 15, 2026. If not paid, you will be removed from the vendor list and placed on the waitlist until we hear from you. All we ask is that you keep in touch because we want you all there!


Please reserve as soon as possible. You will receive your payment email in the order that you RSVP. There are a very limited number of available spots, so don't miss this opportunity. Once the vendor fee details are available, you are welcome to withdraw if you cannot attend. After the vendor fee is paid on or before January 15, 2026, you may cancel for a full refund up until February 1. Your registration won't be finalized until you have paid for your booth. If you cancel after February 1, the refund is handled on a case-by-case basis.


If you are a returning vendor, please let us know which room you would like to be set up in. You will receive preferential treatment with placement.
